How to use
- Clean — wash your nose thoroughly to remove dirt and oils, and let the skin dry completely before applying tabs.
- Apply — using the applicator, add one adhesive tab to each side of your nose, just above the nostril.
- Fit — attach the intake band. The magnets click into place and hold it secure.
