At Reformance, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@reformance.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in "like new" condition with no signs of use or wear.
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please note the damage upon delivery and send photos to hello@reformance.com.au on the day of delivery. Reformance will cover return shipping costs for all faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@reformance.com.au. Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to our 30-day return policy and return shipping costs.
