How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders deliver within 3–7 business days to metro areas and 5–10 days to regional areas. All orders include free shipping Australia-wide.
Can I return my reformer if I change my mind?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
What warranty do your reformers come with?
Our Core Collab reformers come with a 10-year frame warranty and 2 years on moving parts. Warranty terms may vary by brand — check individual product pages for details.
Do you offer custom colour options?
Yes — many of our Core Collab reformers are available in over 200 custom colours. Custom orders have an 8–12 week lead time. Contact us to discuss your options.
