Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment. We will immediately check stock availability. If an item is unavailable or on back-order, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives.
Order Processing & Dispatch
In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for delivery or refuse the delivery. If damage is discovered after delivery, photograph the item immediately and email us at hello@reformance.com.au on the day of delivery.
